From the moment you open the bag, the smell fills the room and literally everyone who walks in goes "mmm that smells soooo good." It just absolutely ticks every box and has this special physiological magic. Great flavor and also great qi. I found this coffee on a visit to Chattanooga and have been ordering and having it shipped ever since. I literally do not get coffee out at coffee shops anymore when I know I could wait and have one of these from our own espresso machine. It is a chocolatey, rich, satiating roast. So it's not for the citric fruit lovers. This is deep and mellow. And absolutely perfect. Thank you guys for making such an amazing product!

Great coffee

We love the coffee but the bags are now terrible. They are so hard to open. You almost have to rip the bag apart to get the ziplock strip to separate.

I was introduced to mayfly on a recent trip to Chattanooga. I have not found coffee in my area that can compare. I love that I can get it shipped to me.

Espresso Blend

You cannot go wrong with Mayfly. Ride is exceptional. Smooth, rich and naturally sweet. The roast is just right and I recommend grinding your own so you can have this in drip and french press methods.

I received my bag of Dead Drift. I choose the French Press grind because I am using my bag to make Cold Brew coffee. Great flavor and so fresh!!!
