Thank you for filling my lintels subscription. We have enjoyed having freshly ground coffee every morning from our local roaster. We originally set it up with the organic bean and I would like to switch back to that if possible.

Mayfly is always consistent with their roasts. Love the new resealable bags with the one way valve. Really keeps my coffee fresh!

My family and I visited Signal mountain a few weeks ago and the Airbnb that we stayed at provided this coffee that we fell in love with so in ordered a big bag when we got home! We plan to order more as well!

Love Mayfly Espresso blend! It is neutral enough to be used everyday, but also has some complexity. Works well for all our coffee needs- espresso/ Americano/ latte/ iced. Excellent flavor! Also pairs well with any syrup I have tried.. Definitely will keep buying!

Love these beans! Great medium roasted flavor with a sweet/creamy finish. A friend couldn’t believe they were drinking black coffee it has such good flavor on its own. No bitterness or burnt taste here. Makes a great espresso, latte or coffee. Highly recommended, one of my favorite of Mayfly coffees. Mayfly is always my go to for whole bean coffee & love to support local.
