Our Espresso Blend brings together baker’s chocolate, caramel sweetness, and a touch of citrus in a balanced, medium-dark roast. Made for a satisfying straight shot and a rich, sweet foundation for your favorite milk drinks.
Three origins, one balanced shot
The Colombian foundation comes from Unblended’s Recruitment Lot, the same coffee we feature in Upland. This washed community lot brings together young producers who have chosen coffee as their passion and profession.
Brazil Dolce comes from Ocafi’s farms and producing partners in Mogiana. Naturally processed and known for its sweetness and full body, it adds depth to the blend.
From Ethiopia’s Guji region, Ally Coffee’s Acacia Natural brings another layer of character. Smallholder farmers selectively pick ripe cherries, then dry them whole on raised beds. This process helps develop the coffee’s sweet, fruity profile.
We bring these three coffees together for an espresso with chocolatey depth, rounded sweetness, and enough brightness to keep every sip interesting.

Love Mayfly Espresso blend! It is neutral enough to be used everyday, but also has some complexity. Works well for all our coffee needs- espresso/ Americano/ latte/ iced. Excellent flavor! Also pairs well with any syrup I have tried.. Definitely will keep buying!
